One of the Twin Cities’ most established, privately owned oral surgery practices is looking for a full-time Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an LDA who enjoys a fast-paced clinical setting, thrives on teamwork, and wants to expand their skills in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – Required

Nitrous Oxide Certification – Required

Oral Surgery experience – Preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care
What You’ll Do
As part of our clinical team, you’ll play an active role in delivering exceptional surgical care, including:

Assisting surgeons during a variety of oral surgery procedures

Preparing surgical rooms, instruments, and equipment
-
Supporting patients before, during, and after procedures
-
Taking diagnostic radiographs
-
Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Following sterilization and infection-control protocols
-
Working closely with your clinical team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently
