Responsibilities & Job Description

Perform machine diagnosis and minor repairs at customer locations.

Perform in-depth machine repairs in our well-equipped shop.

Must have Valid Drivers License

Must have an acceptable Driving Record

Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical card.

Customer Service focused person with experience, or ability to train, to perform service repairs on various types of commercial floor cleaning equipment / Laundry Ware Wash equipment for schools/universities and healthcare facilities, such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, sweepers, vacuums, etc.

Company vehicle provided.

Tools, and training are provided.

Occasional local travel.
Skills & Qualifications:

Prefer applicant to have experience in repairs.

Should have average or better computer skills.

Ability to communicate successfully, pleasantly, and politely with customers, manufacturers, sale representatives and internal staff.

Training provided on the job and at manufacturer locations.

Electrical and plumbing knowledge is strongly preferred.

Some heavy lifting may be required.
