We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with experience in personal injury to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires direct support to attorneys handling litigation cases from pre-suit through trial.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and file pleading, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents
- Manage case files, including document organization and database entry
- Prepare medical record summaries, deposition summaries, and trial binders
- Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses
- Maintain deadlines and manage calendars for hearings, depositions and other key events
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed
- Provide regular updates to attorneys and clients regarding case progress
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience in personal injury law required
- Strong knowledge of court rules and e-filing procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish is required)
- Proficiency with legal software
- Highly organized, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
