Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support to individuals in need of home community care. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, direct support, and social work.
Consistent 40-hour schedule
Weekly pay + immediate start
Daily, Nights, Weekends Available
Duties:
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and personal care
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism and other special needs
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
- Implement home care plans and follow established systems for patient well-being
- Engage in social work activities to promote emotional well-being
Skills:
- Proficient in meal preparation for individuals with specific dietary needs
- Experience working with people with autism or similar conditions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting duties as necessary
- Knowledge of home community care systems and procedures
- Background in social work or related field is a plus
- Strong patient care skills and ability to provide direct support
