Schedule

What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding patient experience and supporting our doctors in providing comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatment and help ensure a comfortable, positive experience
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures
- Take dental radiographs and intraoral images as permitted by state regulations
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Support infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care
- Help create an environment where patients feel informed, valued, and empowered in their healthcare decisions
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Current Minnesota dental assisting credentials as required by state regulations
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Confidence in building relationships and connecting with patients
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for comprehensive healthcare and patient advocacy
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a culture of excellence
