Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, motivated assistant to help with daily office tasks and general business support. This is a great position for someone newer to the workforce, or someone looking to gain real office experience in a professional business setting.
This is not a high-paying executive position, but it is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, willing to learn, and wants to build experience in administration, customer service, real estate lending, and day-to-day business operations.
Job Duties May Include:
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Sending emails and following up on requested items
- Organizing documents and files
- Helping with loan/application paperwork
- Running errands as needed
- Assisting with marketing materials, events, and office projects
- Keeping track of tasks, checklists, and deadlines
- Helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Reliable and on time
- Friendly and professional
- Comfortable using email, computers, and basic office programs
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn
- Able to follow directions
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Comfortable helping with a variety of tasks
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual is a huge plus
No real estate or lending experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.
This would be a good fit for someone who wants to get their foot in the door, learn how a business operates, and grow their professional skills.
