Material Handler / Production Worker
Crown Staffing is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals for Material Handler and Production Worker positions in Madison, IN. These are hands-on opportunities with consistent work, long-term potential, and a supportive team environment.
Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hr
Shifts Available
1st Shift
- Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Possible overtime Friday and Saturday
- OR
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Possible overtime during the week and Saturday
2nd Shift
- Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
- OR
- Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Production Worker Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, and inspect products
- Operate machinery and equipment safely
- Meet production and quality goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and company policies
Material Handler Responsibilities
- Move and organize materials safely indoors and outdoors
- Load and unload trucks and deliveries
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Use RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
- Perform heavy lifting of 50+ lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift experience required for Material Handler positions
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
