Hours - Friday and Saturday -6:00am to 4:30pm -Sunday and Monday -6:00pm to 4:30am
Wage -$29.00 to $33.00 dollars per hour-Depending on Experience
As- C Shift - Shift Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a shift from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with supervisors, shipping/receiving and other team members, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production schedules.
Your duties will include:
The evening shift superintendent position will be responsible for the following:
- Key Decision Maker for the Off-Shift Supporting the entire Operation
- Responsible for all Employees and Processes during the off-shift
- Responsible for managing supervisors and adhering to the required tasks
- Overall responsibility for shipping and receiving departments on Off -Shift
- Employee engagement, communication and training for employees on your shift
- General Supervision 101 Tasks and Behaviors
- Responsible to cover supervisors’ duties in event of vacation, absent, etc..
- Must be self-starter and be able to work independently with integrity
- Can be flexible in scheduling, adhering to customer demands, working overtime as needed.
Skills and Requirements
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft excel, word and the ability to learn warehouse management system.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
