- Assist in planning of daily specials highlighting seasonal ingredients.
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
- Support catering orders and special event preparations with efficient meal assembly and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours, contributing to a positive kitchen atmosphere.
- Follow all food industry regulations and safety guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Experience
- Previous high volume line experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining environments where attention to detail is essential.
- Demonstrated culinary experience with food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques are essential for efficiency and safety.
- Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations is required.
