Compensation: $62–$67/hour, based on skills and experience

The Hygienist We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is clinically reliable, punctual, compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
The ideal candidate:
- Holds an active Ohio RDH license
- Has strong clinical hygiene skills and takes pride in providing excellent care
- Has excellent communication and patient-education skills
- Is comfortable discussing periodontal health and preventive recommendations with patients
- Builds rapport easily and makes patients feel comfortable and cared for
- Is organized and takes accurate documentation seriously
- Works well independently while remaining an engaged member of the team
- Is dependable and takes ownership of their schedule and responsibilities
- Is open to feedback and interested in continuing to grow professionally
- Treats coworkers with the same respect and professionalism they give to patients
3+ years of hygiene experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Competitive compensation and benefits.
Compensation is $62–$67/hour based on skills and experience, with opportunities for additional growth as your role and contribution to the practice develop. You will also receive paid PTO, including two weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave.
