Our 2 year olds are ready to learn! We are looking for a caring, confident and observant individual who is able to joyfully and consistently enforce classroom guidelines to allow students to thrive as they learn.
> IPDO provides weekly theme activities and art-- there is no planning or work required outside of the classroom day.
> IPDO offers excellent class sizes and student to teacher ratios.
Teachers will:
> Use provided themes to develop learning opportunities for students working on letters, numbers, sounds, reading, etc.
> Continually transition provided toys and activities to match provided themes to keep students engaged and learning new skills.
> Transition students through the day guiding age appropriate learning activities, art work, and positive social skills growth.
> Assist with care for the students, including bathroom breaks/diaper changes, distributing and cleaning up snack/lunch, and prepping and monitoring naptime.
> Constantly monitor students for safety.
> Positively communicate with parents using our school designated parent/teacher app.
> Teacher actively participates with the IPDO Staff team to uphold policies and procedures of IPDO program to serve IPDO Families well.
