In this role, you will be working both inbound and outbound freight. Loading and unloading material. Picking/Packing, labeling.Inspect product to determine compliance with drawings and specifications. You must be a professional and reliable self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You must also be highly organized and deadline-oriented with strong multitasking skills and excellent attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accurately and efficiently perform warehouse duties that willinclude any shipping, receiving, or inventoryrelatedfunctionsFollow Quality Procedures (QP’s) and job specific dutiesas described in TWL and/or SXe. Training
Adhere to applicablePolicies and Procedures (PPD’s) and all work rules as found in the GT Midwest Employee HandbookComplete Haz-Mat training and follow all applicable regulationsComplete fork lift training and operateforkliftequipment safely
- Driving and Delivering product to customer
- Communicate with Warehouse Management of any problems, questions, or other concerns
. Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalentClean driving record required
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing operations
- Experience with material handling equipment
Experience working in a customer oriented, fast paced operation
- Experience with RF scanning operations a plusLanguage Skills
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate orally in English to co-workers, managers, and possibly customers or vendorsComputer Skills
- Basic computer skills are needed to access different programs in the GT ERP system. P21 experience a plus!
- Familiarization with different types of printers is helpful
- Daily use of addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division will be necessary
- Calculating square footage product will be necessary
- Understanding use of decimals and/or fractions will be necessaryPhysical DemandsWarehouse Team Memberswill be required to use hands and arms to grab, feel, lift, push, reach; Other physical activities will include walking, standing, bending, and squatting
Employees will be required to repetitively lift up to 60 lbsWork Environment
Fast paced environmentWarehouse temperature will range from 60–100degrees
- Some overtime may be necessary on occasion

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
