At Home Comfort Alliance, we’re looking for full-time friendly, outgoing Lead Generators to join our team in-person at Lynnwood. You’ll get to:
- Earn commissions for every lead you generate plus an extra bonus when that lead books an appointment. This is on top of your $19.50 per hour wage.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll spend your days in Costco, meeting members and talking about heating and cooling solutions. Your goal? Generate quality leads, set appointments, and have fun connecting with people along the way. So if you’re someone who loves chatting, making people smile, and seeing immediate results from your efforts, you’ll fit right in.
Success in this role looks like:
- Sparking interest and generating leads for our HVAC program
- Scheduling appointments through our simple app
- Communicating clearly in person, via text, and email
- Being upbeat, dependable, and ready to brighten someone’s day by delivering great customer service
- Working 30–40 hours/week in-store
- Having reliable transportation
