Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Hyperbaric Chamber Attendant (Hyperbaric Technician) for a contract position at our wellness center!
In this role, you will welcome clients, operate and maintain the hyperbaric chambers, and ensure a safe, comfortable experience for everyone. You will help support our clients’ wellness goals through professional hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly
- Prepare and operate hyperbaric chambers for each session
- Monitor clients during hyperbaric treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility and equipment
- Perform daily safety checks on chambers and emergency equipment
- Assist clients with questions and provide clear instructions
- Keep accurate records of sessions, attendance, and any incidents
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Experience with hyperbaric chambers or similar medical/wellness equipment (preferred)
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (required or must be obtained)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Ability to lift moderately heavy equipment when needed
- Previous experience in a wellness center, clinic, or medical setting is a plus
