What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-time Sales Representative to join our team at Steamoji Kirkland location. As a sales professional, you will play a key role among the life cycle for driving business growth by identifying and converting leads into customers. This is NOT a summer only position as we are looking for someone who can work beyond summer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Academy Ambassador: Understand the services and programs we offer and represent the academy when engaging with leads.
- Lead Management: Assess incoming leads, prioritize, and engage with them through calls, emails, or meetings to introduce our services and sign them up for trials.
- Follow-up and Relationship Building: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged until they are ready for trial. Establish trust and rapport with leads.
- Data Management: Ensure CRM is updated with accurate lead status and reporting.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in Sales and customer service
- Basic Experience in CRM tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in handling objections and negotiations
- Good presentation skills to communicate service value clearly
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads effectively
- Willingness to adjust work hours based on lead availability

Pay: $18.00 per hour
