Responsibilities:
· Operational Oversight:
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and support department managers and team leads.
- Set goals, provide coaching, and evaluate performance.
- Assist in developing operational strategies in line with company objectives.
- Lead initiatives to scale operations and drive growth.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality:
- Handle escalated client issues and coordinate with account teams.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Management:
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure vendors and subs meet performance standards and compliance.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience managing operations service organizations..
- Proven experience (2+ years) in operations management- janitorial or healthcare is a MUST
- Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, resource planning, and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient with operational software systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history
