Position Summary

Requirements
- Valid CNA certification (CNA Compact License preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to lift and assist residents
Schedule & Pay
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or (3 x 12 nights/week)
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or (3 x 12 evenings/week)
- Paid Lunch
- Pay: $15.50 - $26.00/hour (based on experience)
- Shift differentials available
Key Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
- Follow safety protocols and infection control measures
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
