We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities:*
- Oversee all aspects of salon operations.
- Oversee 7-12 Salon Managers in surrounding stores.
- Manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitizing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and promotion strategies.
- Supervise front desk activities to streamline check-in/out processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in the beauty industry. Experience with chains of branded salons preferred. Regis brands; Hair Cuttery; Sports Clips. Experience with 7-15 locations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards achieving business goals while maintaining high standards of service.
- Prior experience in customer service roles with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Knowledge of front desk operations to ensure smooth salon flow.
