What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical service appointments.
- Coordinate with dispatch to maximize technician efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media.
- Follow up with customers on estimates, unsold work, and completed jobs.
- Assist customers with financing options and promotions.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in ServiceTitan.
- Help maintain daily scheduling and communicate changes with technicians.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy while working toward positive resolutions.
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed.

- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
