Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, clean and maintain paint equipment.
- Inspect paint prep work to ensure quality finish.
- Paint with air assisted paint system assuring 100% coverage.
- Maintain all log sheets related to production and reporting.
- Ability to follow directions a must.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
- Have a solid attendance record.
- Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area.
- May work in areas where flammable and hazardous materials are present.
- May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
What Sets You Apart:
- Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Paint or paint prep.
- Willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination.
