The Luggage Dispatcher is responsible for greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the secure storage, delivery, and retrieval of luggage.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
● Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering a welcoming first impression.
● Assist guests with storage of check-in and check-out luggage.
● Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of luggage to guest rooms.
● Offer detailed information about resort amenities, activities, transportation, and services.
● Assist with groceries and luggage carts.
● Provide guest with rented scooters, strollers, and wheelchair (if needed).
● Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
● Address and resolve concerns related to luggage handling or storage.
● Ensure luggage areas are secure, clean, and well-organized.
● Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure guest and personal safety.
● Uphold resorts brand standards, values, and image at all times.
● Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
