Grandson Steaks is a new modern steakhouse in Liberty Station. We are a startup operation, and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and be part of a new restaurant, learn, grow, and move up as the business grows and expands.
Position: Bartender / Server
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and beverages with consistency and professionalism
- Serve tables and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Help create and develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus
- Maintain bar inventory, organization, and stock levels
- Keep the bar area clean, polished, and operating at high standards at all times
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and rotating bar products
- Ensure guests receive accurate orders and a great dining experience
- Follow all California alcohol service and food safety regulations
- Support the team with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
What We’re Looking For:
- Fast-paced, reliable, with a positive attitude and team-first mentality
Main Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Bar experience and able to run a full bar menu
- Must have California RBS certification
