What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
- Execute dishes according to Flavor’s standards — presentation and taste matter here
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and portion control to reduce waste
- Assist with prep, stocking, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during service
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep ticket times tight and service flowing
- Step in where needed — we’re a team, not a “that’s not my job” environment
- Support catering and special events when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen (line cook or prep experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic — you show up ready, focused, and dependable
- Ability to move with urgency without sacrificing quality
- Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Team-first mindset with a positive but accountable attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and high-volume shifts
