Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies.
- Handle commercial cleaning duties in facility
- Assist with custodial tasks during special events or high-traffic periods.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is an advantage.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
