Tommy's Express in Huntley, IL is hiring an enthusiastic, confident Sales Associate. This position will specialize in presenting our wash packages and unlimited monthly memberships.
Our unique innovative high-tech facility features the latest car wash technology and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales volume.
- Ensure a consistently great, positive customer experience for every guest
- Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, and assist guests with questions
- Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively·
- Process point-of-sale purchases·
- Assist guests as needed setting up their app and enrolling in monthly unlimited wash club memberships
Skills
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong selling abilities with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Proficient in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident, friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communications skills
- Complete company training
- Willingness to abide by our uniform and appearance standards
- Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
