Overview
Bill's Donut Shop in Centerville, OH is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated night owl to join our dynamic team full time on third shift. Your work hours will be from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Wednesdays through Sundays. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, increasing to $16.00 per hour upon the successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, though we will consider a higher starting pay rate depending on your experience. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen cranking out thousands of donuts per day to satisfy the demands of this popular donut shop .
Job Responsibilities
Duties include all aspects of making donuts by hand, such as frying, glazing, icing, filling, and baking. Responsibilities also include keeping the kitchen clean and helping out in the front as needed. As you gain experience with our process, you may also be trained to cut dough as one of the shift bakers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, with frying experience, is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to work in a busy kitchen with others is a must.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Good attendance is a must; please don't apply if you are not someone who is committed to show up for work on a regular basis.
