We are looking for a Calypso Business Analyst (BA) with experience in capital markets/trading systems. The candidate will work with business users, technology teams, and developers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support Calypso implementation and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with traders, operations, and other stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Analyze and document Calypso workflows and processes.
- Support Calypso configuration, enhancements, and implementation activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements.
- Support SIT/UAT testing, test case preparation, and defect resolution.
- Analyze production issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation.
- Participate in meetings with business and technology stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services/capital markets.
- Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Calypso.
- Understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office processes.
- Knowledge of trading, securities, derivatives, or financial products.
- Experience with requirements gathering and functional documentation.
- Experience with SIT/UAT and defect management.
- Good understanding of SQL for basic data validation and analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
