Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team at His & Her Nail Bar & Spa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care techniques and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients. Your expertise in color theory, sanitation practices, and various nail treatments will contribute to an outstanding client experience.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades for their nails.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or hair styling when appropriate.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments, including esthetic laser treatment and hair extensions.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that enhance clients' nail care routines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Experience
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related beauty field is preferred.
- Familiarity with various beauty treatments such as hair threading, dermabrasion, and barbering is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.

Base Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,507.58 per month
