Starting pay based off experience and enthusiasm with room for growth based off performance. After 90 days - 2 paid holidays, 3 days pto (more accrued by hours worked), business contribution to Roth up to 3%, and mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal cleaning results
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure all areas are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Competence in handling cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and polishing tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
