As we continue to grow, we are looking for an OEM & Industrial Business Development Representative to develop new customer relationships, identify project opportunities, and expand our presence within the manufacturing and industrial automation markets.
Position Summary
This is a relationship-driven business development role focused on creating new customer opportunities and expanding existing industrial and OEM accounts.
The ideal candidate enjoys meeting with customers, building trust with decision-makers, identifying project opportunities, and working closely with technical teams to deliver solutions.
This is not a high-pressure transactional sales position. We are seeking a long-term relationship builder who understands manufacturing environments and enjoys helping customers solve real operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial customers
- Conduct in-person customer visits and business development meetings
- Identify project opportunities before formal bid and RFQ processes
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to position Adgo as a preferred technical partner
- Participate in customer project discussions and solution development
- Track activities and opportunities within CRM
- Support long-term account growth and strategic business development initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in industrial sales, manufacturing, automation, controls, electrical systems, or related industries
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience working with OEMs, manufacturers, engineering firms, or industrial customers preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
