The Role:
Our Journeyman Electrician diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
What You'll Need:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience.
- Clean driving record and background check.
What You'll Do:
- Perform electrical inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Install and repair outlets, panels, switches, and other electrical fixtures.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and explain repairs to customers clearly.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and tools.
- Offer exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
