Position Summary: Responsible for guest registrations, front desk, and store procedures while delivering exceptional guest service.

Pick up late registrations and open site envelopes.
Retrieve cash bag from locker, count cash bag and put in till = $200.00, making sure you have enough small bills and coins.
Turn on the computers and make coffee and flavored water.
Prep the soft serve machine for use.
Check phone messages and outgoing mail.
Turn on music and two-way radio.
Print census report.
Open doors at 8:00am
Follow all guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations, day use passes, store sales, rec hall rentals, and refunds.
Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and properly use the computer, cash drawer, credit card and various other front office equipment.
Stock shelves and rotate stock when replenishing, check expiration dates.
Check shredder and empty if needed.
Dust as needed, sweep and mop floors in office, stock room, break room, and employee rest room.
Fold spa towels for incoming guests.
Wipe down counter tops daily and as needed.
Empty trash in office, store, break room, and restroom.
Prepare late arrival and open site envelopes.
Run daily Transaction report, count the till to $200.00, the remaining money is your drop, write down the amount, date and sign, and drop in safe. Put Cash bag back in the locker.
Prepare coffee maker, soft serve ice cream machine, and flavored water dispenser for morning.
Turn off music, two-way radio, lights, and lock doors.
OTHER DUTIES AS REQUESTED BY MANAGEMENT
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift to 50lbs, lift and carry 25lbs occasionally, and 10lbs regularly.
Long periods of standing or sitting (75%)
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch and climb.
Requires the use of hands/fingers to handle and feel.
Able to work inside and outdoors frequently in various climates.
Job Qualifications:
Hear and speak the English language fluently.
Knowledge of Computer and cash operation.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
Excellent Guest Service Skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
