Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bread chicken to Chick-fil-A’s high-quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized breading station at all times

Ensure product quality and portion consistency during peak service hours

Monitor inventory freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste

Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
-
Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks as required

Support other kitchen stations including fries, assembling, and food prep

Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs

Follow Chick-fil-A dress code and operational policies
Qualifications and Requirements

Reliable and consistent with a positive, cheerful attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe certification is a plus

Capable of lifting 20-40 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods

Must be at least 17 years old with Saturday availability
