Job Summary
As a Route Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a designated route, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
Duties
- Supervise and support route security Officers in their daily activities
- Monitor route performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during operations
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize route schedules
Experience
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring and surveillance
- Possession of a valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Background in loss prevention or conflict management is advantageous
- Familiarity with militarized or law enforcement protocols is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
