Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Admissions Representatives to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking help and support, guiding them through the admissions process and helping ensure a smooth transition into care. You will play a key role in the continuum of care by providing support during admission, treatment stay, and aftercare planning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources.
- Conduct pre-screening assessments and coordinate intake scheduling.
- Explain program details, treatment options, and next steps clearly and empathetically.
- Assist clients and families in completing necessary intake paperwork and documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical, medical, and administrative staff to coordinate smooth admissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with confidentiality policies.
- Provide continued support during the client’s treatment stay, ensuring communication and coordination with treatment teams.
- Assist with aftercare planning and follow-up to support clients in their transition to post-treatment services.
- Participate in outreach efforts and build positive relationships with referral sources.
- Maintain compliance with all HIPAA and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Experience working in behavioral health, admissions, or substance use treatment setting highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with individuals in crisis.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and compassion in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
- Knowledge of substance use and mental health treatment modalities is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
