The Peach Cobbler Factory is a dessert destination known for our warm, homemade-style cobblers, creamy banana puddings, and indulgent cinnamon rolls. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and delicious treats to our customers.
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. If you are passionate about leadership, customer service, and desserts, we’d love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead and motivate team members to provide top-tier customer service
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are met
- Handle scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering
- Support hiring, training, and development of staff
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Assist with cash handling, sales reports, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant, café, or retail management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food, desserts, and creating a great guest experience
