Precision Garage Door Service is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working directly with customers. No prior garage door experience is required—we provide full training.
Role Overview
As a Service Technician, you will repair, replace, and install garage doors and related equipment at customer locations. You will also educate customers on repair options, provide recommendations using a good/better/best model, and complete service work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair garage doors, openers, and parts
- Install new equipment and replace springs and components
- Communicate service options clearly to customers
- Sell and complete service work using a structured pricing model
- Manage tools, inventory, and work orders in your vehicle
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using tools and basic technology
- Prior experience in garage doors, mechanical work, or field service preferred but not required
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, on-the-road role
- Work in varying weather conditions and garage environments

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
