Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant to support our AP Team Lead. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Code and batch invoices for processing

Perform accurate data entry into the AP system

Prepare and mail checks and remittance documents

Assist with AP reports and payment schedules

File and maintain AP records

Respond to vendor inquiries

General administrative duties as needed

3+ year of accounts payable or administrative experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience with AP or property management software a plus
