About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, dependable team member who can take the lead on making our delicious in-house burritos and protein balls while also serving as a backup warehouse associate. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in the kitchen but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help in the warehouse when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Kitchen Duties (Primary Focus):
- Prepare, roll, and portion burritos and protein balls to our in-house recipes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
- Ensure quality, consistency, and freshness of all prepared items
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Warehouse Backup Duties: (occasionally)
- Receive and unload product shipments
- Sort, label, and organize inventory
- Assist in preparing orders for delivery and shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training available if needed)
- Help with occasional deliveries or pick-ups as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player who’s organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a PLUS
- Must have a valid food handler’s card
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Able to lift and move 75 lbs+ and stay active throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and commitment to long-term employment
- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
