Assured Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced, licensed plumber with the ability to independently pull permits to join our growing team serving customers throughout Northwest Indiana and Tippecanoe County. This position will primarily support residential energy-efficiency projects, including the installation of high-efficiency plumbing equipment, tankless water heaters, and other energy-saving home upgrades.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can work independently, pull permits, maintain code compliance, and deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service.
Service Area
This position will service projects throughout:
- Lake County, Indiana
- Porter County, Indiana
- LaPorte County, Indiana
- Jasper County, Indiana
- Newton County, Indiana
- Tippecanoe County, Indiana
Travel throughout the service territory is required.
Responsibilities
- Install and replace tankless water heaters
- Install high-efficiency water heaters and other energy-efficient plumbing equipment
- Perform residential plumbing upgrades, retrofits, and replacements
- Pull permits and ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
- Coordinate inspections with local municipalities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose residential plumbing systems
- Complete job documentation accurately and timely
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Deliver quality workmanship that meets Assured Energy Solutions standards
Qualifications
- Current Indiana Plumbing License required
- Ability to independently pull permits within the service territory required
- Minimum of 5 years of residential plumbing experience
- Experience installing tankless water heaters required
- Experience with energy-efficient equipment and home performance upgrades preferred
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and permitting requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
