Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Junior Marketing Associates. In this role, you will interact with customers in retail and community settings, provide product and service information, and support sales efforts. Full paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands in a professional manner at retail events
- Share accurate product and service information with customers
- Answer questions and assist customers with sign-ups or purchases
- Record customer interactions and report results to the team lead
- Follow company and client compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people in customer-facing settings
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is helpful but not required
