Monzon and Son Enterprises is looking for a Dispatcher to help direct night projects and drivers. This is an additional role and a great opportunity to join a growing business!
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm (rotating weekend shifts as well)
JOB DUTIES
- Be the main point of contact for drivers, customers, and contractors.
- Accurately capture all job requests and enter into our system.
- Efficiently communicate and assign drivers to all jobs.
- Confirm all trucks ordered are on-site and managing trucks.
- Check-in with all staff to ensure accurate and excellent service.
- Report any issues that come up during your shift. (i.e. shortages, attendance issues, customer problems, accidents)
- Prepare daily reports on driver activity
- Prepare weekly reports for management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Flatbed Trailers HIGHLY preferred!
- 2-3 years of dispatching experience (preferred experience in trucking or construction)
- Ability to speak in English and Spanish
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to use smartphone
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
