Flemington Powersports is looking for an Entry-Level Powersports Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get started in the industry and learn from experienced technicians.
No dealership experience required — basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn is what matters most.
For the right candidate, this role can grow into a full technician position with training and advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Assemble new motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides
- Assist with vehicle setup and inspections (PDI)
- Help maintain organization in the service department
- Move and stage units for service and delivery
- Support technicians with basic tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Basic mechanical skills (automotive, small engine, or similar)
- Interest in Powersports
- Comfortable using basic mechanic hand tools
- Must own a basic set of hand tools required for assembly work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required; Motorcycle license preferred
Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday
Closed Sunday & Monday
Pay:
$16 – $19 per hour (based on experience)
