Manage daily on-site operations for luxury custom home projects.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or obstacles.

Ensure all work meets company quality standards, architectural specifications, and building codes.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control reviews.

Oversee jobsite safety and ensure compliance with all safety requirements.

Manage project documentation, daily logs, inspections, and progress reports.

Work closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout the construction process.

Coordinate municipal inspections and secure project approvals.

Lead punch-list completion and project closeout activities.
