We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in South Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking for flexible part-time hours with the option to complete supervision remotely.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide supervision and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.

Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.

Ensure services are provided in accordance with BACB and payer requirements.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Reliable transportation for any required in-person visits.
- $85–$95 per hour
