Position Overview
FENG CHA is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Franchise Onboarding & Success Coordinator to join our growing corporate team.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for franchisees throughout the onboarding, development, and store opening process. The ideal candidate will guide franchisees from franchise signing through grand opening while coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
This role combines project management, franchise support, operational coordination, and relationship management. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a genuine passion for helping franchisees succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Franchisee Onboarding & Store Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new franchisees throughout the onboarding and store development process.
- Guide franchisees through key milestones including site selection, lease execution, permitting, construction, training, and store opening preparation.
- Ensure development timelines remain on schedule and proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks.
- Coordinate communication between franchisees, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Utilize Delightree, and other systems to manage development workflows, track progress, maintain required documentation, and ensure project visibility.
- Maintain franchise agreements, leases, insurance records, compliance documents, and opening checklists.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership and franchisees.
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Oversee franchisee compliance requirements, including annual insurance renewals and required documentation.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, operational standards, and brand requirements.
- Assist franchisees in understanding and fulfilling contractual obligations.
New Store Opening Support
- Coordinate and track all activities related to new store openings.
- Ensure franchisees complete all required training, operational preparation, and opening requirements.
- Support opening readiness reviews and help ensure successful store launches.
Franchisee Success & Support
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees by answering questions, resolving issues, and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Develop and maintain onboarding guides, operational resources, checklists, and training materials.
- Build strong working relationships with franchisees and serve as a trusted resource throughout their ownership journey.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Maintain relationships with approved vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate vendor support and communication for franchisees as needed.
- Assist in resolving vendor-related challenges during development and opening phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in franchising, project coordination, customer success, operations support, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or related industries preferred.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience reviewing development timelines, or compliance documentation is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
