SHIPPING & DISPATCH OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for managing all the operations for shipping, dispatch and packaging of StratoJet printers, inks, electronic Parts, consumable items and maintaining inventory for all the supplies.
A training will be provided for the role before probation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Inks Dispatch, Packaging and maintaining of Ink Inventory on daily basis.
- Maintaining shipping logs after every dispatch on all the orders for Inks, Electronic Parts,
- Consumable Items and Samples.
- Maintaining and assembling electronic parts as well as consumable items inventory on weekly basis.
- Ability to work on Cloud for timely updating E-Parts as well as consumable items inventory.
- Managing logistic operations by working and coordinating with Engineers in order to handle dispatch and packaging for StratoJet Printers.
- Managing Dispatch and Receiving for Industrial Printers (Forklift Use Required)
- Handling client shipping account through regularly monitoring the sales channel for ink and supplies orders as well as Confirming and processing the same through E-mail to clients at sales on per order basis. Involves providing clients with tracking details and shipping information.
- Responsible for dispatching and packaging print samples by coordinating with sales department, as well as with end consumers for tracking and delivery updates
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
- Ensuring smooth functioning of all the shipping and logistics operations.
- Ability to assemble and maintain inventory for inks on daily basis or after every dispatch.
- Good Communication with clients is required in order for timely Dispatching of supplies.
- Ability to maintain E-Parts and Consumable items inventory on weekly basis.
- Coordinating well with Engineers to dispatch and package printers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required: College coursework
Experience Required: N/A
Knowledge Required: Basic Excel and Word Working
Skills/Abilities:
- Intermediate Excel and Word Skill
- Able to communicate in English Language
- Ability to work with team
- Must be organized
- Folklift driving skill is mandatory
- Ability to type emails and read in english
