We are looking for someone who understands that a great Dental Assistant does much more than assist chairside. You are an important part of the patient's entire experience—from welcoming and preparing the patient for treatment to anticipating the provider's needs and helping the clinical day run efficiently.
The right person will be someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys developing relationships with patients, communicates well, and genuinely wants to be part of a team.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Dental Assistant experience
- Hold a current Dental Assistant license/certification, as required
- Hold a current Dental Radiology/Radiography license or certification
- Provide warm, compassionate, and patient-centered care
- Be confident and efficient with chairside assisting
- Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently
- Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols
- Support providers with comprehensive dental procedures
- Be organized and able to anticipate the needs of the provider
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
- Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Be dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Be comfortable working in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Be willing to learn, grow, and accept constructive feedback
- Bring a positive, professional, and patient-first attitude to the practice
