Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential real estate
- Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Daily Script Practice and Role Play.
- Daily Lead Generation for a minimum of 3 hours per day to include inside and outside lead sources.
- 2 open houses per week.
- Meet accountability standards and attend weekly consulting sessions.
- Working with buyers - you must get energy from this activity and have passion for them no matter the life situation.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate or other sales related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases or ability to learn quickly
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Virginia, DC, or Maryland Real Estate License, or willing to obtain one at your own expense
