Welder - MIG
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a MIG Welder. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing operations by welding and fabricating metal components to meet production and quality standards. This position offers hands-on work in a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to contribute directly to the production of high-quality finished products. - 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 2:00am) Monday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up welding fixtures, rails, and stops using measurements, charts, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate component placement.
- Position and secure components in clamps and fixtures for welding operations.
- Perform MIG welding, including tack welding and final welds, to meet quality and production standards.
- Complete weld touch-ups and manually weld connectors and other components as required.
- Adjust welding equipment settings, including wire feed speed, voltage, and gas flow, for optimal weld quality.
- Operate cutting and heating equipment, including gas torches, to modify or prepare materials as needed.
- Retrieve, stage, and handle materials and welding supplies to support production requirements.
- Inspect work for quality and identify equipment issues, material defects, or other production concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 60+ pounds repetitively throughout your shift.
- MIG welding experience
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Ability to successfully complete a basic math assessment.
- Ability to complete welding assessment.
- Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.
- Ability to perform measurements and calculations accurately in a production environment.
- Commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
